What is Christian Life Coaching?

Christian Life Coaching is a Spirit guided enterprise that helps people get from where they are to where they sense God wants them to be. Coaching is not reactive; or looking back—it’s pro-active; or looking ahead. Only the Holy Spirit can bring about change and transform us. It is the working of God in us and in those we have an opportunity to help. The flow of energy and empowering to do the work of a Christian Life Coach is not within us—the Holy Spirit must lead!

LtA's bio

LtA is a professional Certified Christian Life Coach (CCLC) and published author. LtA is a devoted, obedient follower of Jesus Christ. LtA teaches on various topics with a particular focus on purposeful living which involves teaching how to love and live on God’s Word through Christian Life Coaching by LtA, which was founded in 2013.

LtA’s teaching style combines honesty, vulnerability, and humor in an attempt to demonstrate the value of knowing and applying the Word of God in every part of life. LtA writes in an attempt to address worldly struggles using eternal strategies. LtA’s deepest desire is to reach a hurting world through understanding of the Gospel and His liberating freedom. It is LtA’s great honor to offer a place where prayer is the first line of defense and hope will always be encouraged.

Why I wrote the Faith Talk series

We can’t defeat what we don’t understand.

People are confused unnecessarily. The enemy of our soul wants us to sacrifice the victory of our Christian life through his deception. Our battle is with an angel who has a God complex; not with God or people.

God gave us a spiritual armor to face the enemy victoriously. When we no longer lack endurance, knowledge, or clarity we can fight back and not allow our enemy to get a foothold. When we are no longer ignorant of the enemies schemes we grow in Christlikeness.

I help uncomplicate what the enemy complicates. Because of my personal desire to understand the value of what Jesus died to give me, my ministry was developed to help people win spiritual battles, build their spiritual pantry and help them finish their race.

Why I wrote sONNETS FOR THE SOUL

There is no greater way to grow in intimacy with the Lord than spending time with Him. From the garden to the cross He’s been pursuing each of us.

The Lord pressed on my heart to write this love letter to His children using this form of communication. I am not a poetry writer, but when the Lord asks you to write poems you say yes and let Him use the pen.

The Lord causes scripture to come alive. Each sonnet surprised me once we began. I never had a plan of how to start or end each sonnet and once we began I was overwhelmed by His presence and the words poured forth. Stepping out of my comfort zone of writing bible studies, I was feeling insecure about letting anyone read one of the sonnets. I thought perhaps these were just for me and it was His way of helping me gain focus and reassuring His love was holding onto me. However, God led me to share it with my closest confidantes and I quickly realized we might be on to something as the response was overwhelmingly positive. I am thankful to have such wonderful people in my life and share God’s Word with all of you.
